The fourth Fragment: Aha moment!

Life aha moment

How did I get to this topic? It started with a classic Aha moment. In an unexpected realization, it instantly reveals the entire historical development of the activities that have led to today.

With hindsight, you piece together one crumb after another, and suddenly everything starts to fit together like a jigsaw puzzle.

Beginning

I was sitting on the terrace and chatting with a friend. She asked me her usual question, which is slowly starting to annoy me: “What are you doing?” This is how it is when someone lives their life through yours.

Honestly, I replied that I planned to take a nap after lunch. Not everyone can know that you’re resting – they might think you’re wasting time.

However, Milena reacted differently: “You really know how to relax.” That sentence opened my eyes, and I realized that resting and working with energy are among my strengths. Resting is a subject, which I have unknowingly been dealing with it my whole life.

Is there such a consultant?

I started searching for “rest coaches” and found out that not much is known about such professions. Even though I have been in the personal development world for years, I don’t know any specific consultant of this kind.

I discovered that most information about rest focuses on physical aspects, but no one addresses how to meaningfully incorporate rest into everyday life.

My Journey

Originally, my intention was to study an Instagram article that inspired me to try whether its promises were true.

I was curious to see if I would become unrecognizable after a month, as this guide suggested.

Gradually, I realized it was much more than that. After several years of studying and experimenting, I found a way to harmonize physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual energy.

Rest is a fundamental element that allows us to regenerate, relax, and restore, helping us get back into the game when we momentarily derail. This happens regularly in life.

Energy as a Foundation

Working with energy is not just about what we do, but also about how we treat ourselves, how we think, and what we consume not only through our mouths but also through our ears, eyes, and especially our minds.

In my personal journey, I started working on the concept of four pillars of energy – physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Each of these pillars is important for our overall well-being. When you focus on balancing all these aspects, you will feel fantastic.
