Where can you find it?
Energy for the body:
You can gain it through exercise and quality sleep. Activate your energy with movement and restore it with quality, two-phase sleep.
Energy for the mind:
It lies in consciously directing yourself toward the goals you want to achieve. When you know where you’re going and take steps toward your goals, each successfully completed step rewards you with a positive boost of energy.
Energy for the heart:
You’ll find it in loving acceptance of yourself. By embracing and loving yourself, you stop hurting both yourself and others. According to Louise Hay, this is the path to inner peace.
Energy for the soul:
It resides in a state of calm and connection with your soul’s guidance. This allows you to enter a state of flow where your soul leads the way.
