About me
I follow the plan of my soul.
Once we discover our path and learn why we are here then the next step is to pass that information on and share it with others.
My journey has been far from a walk in the rose garden. At 37, I had no children, no home, no job, no car, a closet full of luxurious outfits, and no decent bank account.
I was dependent on almost everything: marijuana, cigarettes, coffee, chocolate, people, alcohol… and medication. I yearned for love, meaning, and fulfillment.
But then, I took a step back and carefully analyzed my life. I realized that I had been following a dysfunctional map for years.
I began my transformation by focusing on harmonizing the three pillars of life – body, mind, and soul. Yet, something was still missing.
Fortunately, I discovered the teachings of Louise Hay. Her advices changed everything.
The moment I stopped criticizing myself and regretting past mistakes, I opened the door to forgiveness, understanding, and self-love.

What is harmonizing about?
Harmonizing is a process where we focus every day on all four pillars – body, mind, heart and soul.
When one is out of balance, it affects all the others.
Body: “We strengthen the body and provide it with energy through quality food, drink, exercise and rest”
Mind: “We train our minds to work for us. Rewrite the formulas and turn criticism into support.”
Heart: “We take care of our emotions and need and throw out the emotional garbage that drags us down.”
Soul: “We begin to communicate with our soul and it will help us find our way and reach our highest potential.”


It’s about allowing yourself to rest when you are tired — without turning the pause into another task.
It’s about taking a break and not thinking about what comes next.
It’s about walking to work instead of taking the bus — or at least getting off one stop earlier and feeling your feet on the ground.
It’s about adding small moments to your day that redefine it.
Moments that make you experience it more fully — because you are doing something you genuinely love.
It’s about caring for all four pillars: body, mind, heart, and soul.
The more you give to yourself, the more you actually have to give to others.
Allow yourself to pause.
Allow yourself your own attention.
Listen to your desires.
And then go lie down on the couch and relax.
Stop for a moment and observe your thoughts.
